Session Rates

• Standard Rate: $160 per one hour one-on-one session
• Sliding Scale: $90-$140 based on individual circumstances
• Couples / family session: Contact for availability and rates
• Extended Session: avilable (prorated)

Payment Methods

I accept the following payment methods:

• Interac e-Transfer (preferred)
• PayPal
• Russian Rubles (Sberbank account for Russian-speaking clients)

Insurance Coverage

Many extended health insurance plans in Ontario and other Canadian provinces cover psychotherapy services with a Registered Psychotherapist (RP).

• Please check your specific plan for coverage for psychotherapy (fees; timeline; total coverage)
• A receipt will be issued after each session
• You can submit receipts to your insurance provider for reimbursement
  Some clients claim psychotherapy services as consulting services for tax purposes (consult your accountant).

Cancellation Policy

Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a portion or the full session fee, as the time was reserved especially for you.

Financial Hardship

If you're experiencing financial difficulties, please discuss this with me. I'm committed to making therapy accessible and may be able to adjust fees on a case-by-case basis.
